MY NEW VIRTUAL HOME!
I’ve been quietly working on something close to my heart, and I’m so excited to finally share it with you. I just launched my new online home — bwellcommunity.com!
This space is more than just a website. It’s where I share my story, my work, and how I help leaders and entrepreneurs like you build mental resilience, grow in your careers, and create a life that feels grounded, fulfilling, and truly abundant.
But before you dive in, how about we share that virtual coffee we’ve been meaning to have?
(Here’s a sneak peek at the kind of things you’ll discover on the site — some fun facts about me, just like I’d tell you if we were catching up over coffee... or let’s be real, maybe a glass of pinot noir.)

1. I'm an identical twin! Yup! There are two of us – and my mom only found out 15 minutes before my grand debut! We're A LOT to handle together, and I wouldn't change a thing about it.
2. I'm a sucker for binging podcasts aaaand reality TV. A little bit of Brene Brown on my afternoon walk with a heavy dose of Love is Blind at night. It's called balance.
3. I currently have 28 books stacked on my nightstand... with three more on the way. Can't stop, won't stop. I have never met a bookstore I didn't like. My top faves include Dare to Lead by Brene Brown, Loving What Is by Byron Katie, and Burnout: The Secret To Unlocking The Stress Cycle by Emily and Amelia Nagoski.

4. Mothering has been the wildest, best, and, at times, hardest gift. The best days of my life were when my two children came into this world. Mothering has continually brought me to my knees—challenging me to let go of control, lean into curiosity, and embrace my own growth.
5. My perfect day would consist of these three things. A quiet morning journaling and reading, a long walk outside, and snuggle time with my mini-goldendoodle, Murphy. (And catching up on my hilarious instagram reel DM threads. Every perfect day needs that, too!)
6. At the end of the day, what I really want is... To live fully present where I can accept what is, feel genuine gratitude, and remain deeply connected to myself and others.
Why am I sharing all this with you?
Because the work I do isn’t just about professional growth—it’s about whole-life transformation. It’s about finding your Tuesday Happy—that deep joy and alignment in the everyday, not just when everything’s going “right.”
I created bwellcommunity.com as a space to explore the questions that keep you up at night:
What if there’s more?
Is this really what I want?
Those questions aren’t just normal—they’re powerful. They’re invitations to grow, to evolve, to come home to yourself.
When you visit the site, you’ll find resources on mental fitness, high-performance coaching, and tools for building balance and resilience—so you can create success that actually feels good.
I’d love for you to stop by, look around, and maybe even hit reply to let me know what resonates. Because real community grows through real connection.
Here’s to finding our Tuesday Happy, together!
In the meantime, stay open, brave, and on-purpose!
