Real Estate Coaching

As a lifelong Oregonian and pioneer in her field, you could say becoming Co-Owner and COO of Windermere Real Estate/Lane County in 2003 was her destiny. Tanya was responsible for 15 employees, 140 agents, and five offices. In 2015, she was recognized by The Register Guard as one of Lane County's Top 20 Under 40 business leaders and was elected Chair of the Education Committee for the Eugene Association of Realtors in 2003.  Tanya’s calling however, lies within her passion for coaching agents to a happier, sustainable future in the real estate business. Her love for her family, travel, and writing about where her professional life and parenting life intersect, sparked a greater purpose.

Hey, it's Tanya and I'm thrilled you're here!  As a business owner for nearly twenty years, a realtor, wife and mom of two, I know firsthand the importance of prioritizing where life calls.  One of the most common questions I get asked is, "Is it really even possible to have a successful business AND live the life I want?" YES, you really can have both.  I know how hard you work, you deserve to enjoy the journey.  With the right habits, routines, and systems, you'll be amazed at how it will change your life.  A little more intention can go a long way!
